NOTE - Please check on location of races, as these may be altered due to the Lake or river conditions at the time of race.
It is possible that some alternative courses will be used.
Henley Lake Details:-
Starting from the "Lagoon" on Henley Lake, Colombo Road, Masterton
Gladstone Details:-
Starting from the Gladstone Public Reserve on Gladstone Road.
The course will consist of a downstream paddle past the bridge, returning back upstream, for a short (200M) past start, 3 laps.
There are several small rapids, with reasonably extensive pools of flat water inbetween.
Course may need to be adapted due to changes in river conditions.
Race start maybe staggered, depending on numbers.
For all races:-
Please wear bouyancy vests. This is a low-key event so you are responsible for your own safety and are required to provide assistance to others if needed.
